📍Our home has only two rooms, and both have attached washrooms. We are giving the master room to a small family or couple.
📍We are seeking a family/couple (max 2 people), or a single executive Bachelor (non-cooking).
📍We prefer people already working in a company in Dubai with an Emirates ID and who can stay for a long period.
📍The room has a master bed, a cupboard, a TV stand, and some other furniture.
📍A token advance of AED 500 will need to be paid at the start of the stay.
📍 The rent period is from the 1st to the last day of the month, the 30th or the 31st of every month.
📍 Every month's rent amount needs to be paid in advance for the next consecutive month must be paid between the 28th to the 31st of each month.
📍One month of notice in advance must be given before leaving and shifting to another place.
📍 Weekly/monthly room cleaning, cooking gas, drinking water, or any other amenities if used, the expenses for the same need to be equally shared between the two rooms.
